3- In most case we can make your delivery within 4 hours with no extra charge to you. Some other sites have an extra fee of up to $10 for that service. If you order by 9am we can usually make delivery no later than 1pm if it is requested.

To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, try to place your orders at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Our shops will always be closed on the following holidays:
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. You can still place your orders online or by phone for delivery after the holiday.

1. Florist delivered items must be received before 2:00 PM Mon. - Fri. in the recipients time zone to guarantee same day delivery & By 12 Noon on Sat. If you must have a same day delivery and it is after the cut off time Please call 1-800-872-3831 and we will do our best for you. 2. For deliveries out of the US & Canada call us at (800)872-3831 3. We cannot deliver on Sundays to all areas. Please give us a 2nd choice of Saturday or Monday. If it must be delivered on Sunday give us a call and we will try to get it out for you. 4. We cannot deliver on New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Or Christmas Day. We can deliver the day before or after these Holidays. 5. We will do our best to accommodate florist deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it. 6. Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses must have a phone number for the recipient. Some rural areas may require an additional delivery charge. If this is the case we will contact you. 7. To help assure on time delivery during the busy holidays try to place your orders at least 2 days prior to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and at least 1 day prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas. 8. If no one is home the package may be left at the front door. No signature is required. 9. A service fee of $11.99 - 13.99 will be added to each order for each address.
