Sales Tax Information
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 7%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
Order Changes
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (800) 872-7363.
We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
Substitution Policy
Fed-Ex Delivered Gifts
We do not make substitutions on Fed-Ex Delivered gifts.
Flower Arrangements Fruit & Food Baskets:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet/basket due to the availability of certain flowers/Fruit/food in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement by using flowers/fruit/food of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Balloons:
The balloons shown on our site are similar to what will be sent. The occasion will always be correct as shown. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well etc.
Keep in mind that Latex Balloons may last only 3 to 6 hours. Mylar Balloons
usually last 2 to 5 days.
Plants:
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used

I just wanted to let you know that I have been using FTD and 1-800 Flowers for years, but for this past order I needed same-day service and I didn't feel those two companies would do such a good job. (Its like if you have an important overnight package for work and you don't want to mess around with Express Mail--you go right to Federal Express.)
