Keep in mind when ordering flowers if you see a style you like but would rather have it made in different colors simply let us know when you call. If you order on line simply put a note in special instructions during check out.

2-You can sort the items by price & or category by clicking on the top where shown. You can also click on a page number to view more selections.

3- In most case we can make your delivery within 4 hours with no extra charge to you. Some other sites have an extra fee of up to $10 for that service. If you order by 9am we can usually make delivery no later than 1pm if it is requested.

Fed-Ex Delivered Gifts
We do not make substitutions on Fed-Ex Delivered gifts.

Flower Arrangements Fruit & Food Baskets:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet/basket due to the availability of certain flowers/Fruit/food in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement by using flowers/fruit/food of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Balloons:
The balloons shown on our site are similar to what will be sent. The occasion will always be correct as shown. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well etc. Keep in mind that Latex Balloons may last only 3 to 6 hours. Mylar Balloons usually last 2 to 5 days.

Plants:
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used
